- Work is billed by the minute with no minimum
- No job is too small
A signed scope of work document is required prior to beginning any work
RETAINERS
Pre-paid plans for clients who prefer to reserve a set number of hours per month – the more hours you buy the more you save! We’ll work with you to determine the best use of hours purchased.
Level I: 10-20 hours per month – 5% off total
Level II: 20-30 hours per month – 10% off total
Level III: 30-40 hours per month – 15% off total

Payment Terms
- We invoice weekly and payment is due upon receipt.
- Paypal is our preferred payment method
- Projects require 50% of the invoice up front and the remaining 50% upon completion of the project and prior to delivery
- A 5% fee will be added to all late unpaid balances
